Congratulations to your decision to join the Realty Partners team of agents. Once your application below has been received it will be reviewed by our onboarding team and once approved, you will receive our Realty Partners 100 Agent Documents, which includes an independent contractor agreement, license transfer form, W-9, plus a few other documents that must be completed and signed.

To streamline the process, we will provide all documents to you via DocuSign for electronic signature. For this reason it is critical that we have your correct email address on file. If we have never confirmed your email address before then you will receive a confirmation email with a link you must click to confirm your email address.

The entire sign-up process, including transferring your license to Realty Partners, and getting you setup on our system should take less than 24 hours. If you currently have active listings you are looking to transfer over to Realty Partners then please indicate so on the form below and we will send you separate instructions to facilitate a smooth transfer once you are set up with Realty Partners.

Please note: You must be an experienced agent with 5+ closed transactions to participate. If you are a newly licensed or inexperienced agent you may want to consider our Emerging Agent Program, which is part of our Full Service Plan. Once you have closed 5 transactions you can always transfer to the 100% program.
